Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to provide clear guidelines for cancellations and rescheduling of reservations made with Asia Golf Travel Advisor (AGTA). This policy ensures transparency while addressing the non-refundable nature of payments and accommodating customers’ needs where possible.

Scope
This policy applies to all customers who book travel experiences, golf tourism packages, or related services through AGTA. It explicitly excludes physical goods or products, as our operations are service-based.

Policy Terms

1. Non-Refundable Payments

1.1 All payments made toward reservations are non-refundable.
1.2 Customers are encouraged to carefully review the terms of their booking prior to payment to ensure they align with their travel plans.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before Arrival

• Customers canceling their reservations more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date may do so, subject to a 10% administration fee based on the inital deposit.

2.2 Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of Arrival

• Payments for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable, and no changes or adjustments to the reservation will be permitted.

3. Rescheduling of Reservations

3.1 Customers may request to reschedule their reservation to alternative dates under the following conditions:

• The request must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the original scheduled arrival date.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in revised pricing, depending on seasonal rates or updated service costs.

4. No-Show Policy

4.1 No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

5.1 How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking:

1. Send an email to info@asiagolfta.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request." (Requests must be made more than 14 day(s) prior to arrival)

2. Provide the following details in your email:

   • Full name

   • Booking reference number

   • Contact information

   • Reason for cancellation

3. Our team will confirm receipt of your request and provide a response within 3 business days.

Additional Recommendations

• Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations or interruptions caused by unforeseen events.

• For group bookings or custom packages, please refer to the terms outlined in your specific agreement, as this policy may not apply in full.
